We are looking for a dependable, bilingual Cleaning Supervisor who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to lead by example. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, have extensive cleaning knowledge, and strong leadership skills. This role requires working alongside the cleaning team while supervising multiple projects in Tampa and nearby areas.

Responsibilities:

Work side by side with the cleaning team on daily tasks to ensure high standards are met. Supervise and support cleaning crews across different job sites. Conduct regular quality control checks. Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with staff and clients. Coordinate schedules and assign tasks as needed. Ensure proper usage and care of cleaning supplies and equipment. Drive to various job locations as needed.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
