The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in homes in Odessa and surrounding areas. No experience needed. Just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Restock supplies as needed to ensure all areas are adequately equipped. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
