Custodian – Maintenance 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL 33612 New Springs Schools serve in Tampa FL since 2010 for K-8 students. We are looking for a custodian to keep our school clean. You may apply in-person, Mon-Fri. 8:30am-3:30pm. Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintains cleanliness of the school campus
• Completes minor repairs as needed
• Monitors hallways as needed
• Supports cafeteria as needed
• Completes tasks as assigned by administrator or custodial supervisor Qualifications and Skills Has either one of the options below;
• Ability to work in environment where children are present
• Reliable and Punctual
• Pays attention to details
• Takes initiative to resolve issues of cleanliness & safety
• Candidates with handyman experience are preferred Benefits
