General Cleaner All Natural Cleaning Concepts Tampa, FL 33610 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties to ensure cleanliness in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain floors through regular cleaning and buffing to ensure they are in optimal condition. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and functionality of the environment. Engage in industrial cleaning activities when required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining cleanliness during the process. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment for all occupants.
