MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Operate machinery (Power jacks, Bailer) Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms, breakroom, offices, warehouse & coolers Clean spills with appropriate equipment & chemical approved by Sanwa Perform minor repairs Collect and dispose of trash Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Organize and maintain janitorial storage areas Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance

YOU’LL ALSO NEED TO BE ABLE TO

Lift up to 25-50 pounds Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts Attention to detail, with the ability to follow schedules and manage time efficiently Go up and down stairs (where applicable) Adhere to strict safety, quality, and cleaning standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School or GED Graduate, an education is a must Proven work experience as a janitor Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment and proper usage and handling of cleaning supplies Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies Ability to demonstrate professionalism
