SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

The individual must possess: Basic knowledge of proper customer etiquette, correctness, politeness, and respectability. Proven experience in cleaning office buildings with at least 1 year office janitorial experience required. Ability to pass background check and agree to random drug screening. The individual must have reliable transportation, Ability to read and speak the English language. Ability to pay attention to detail and identify problems. Basic knowledge of cleanliness procedures. Ability to work a flexible work schedule if required.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE

Manage Inventory control and stocking of all supplies and all paper products to dispensers, including toilet tissue, facial tissue, soap and hand towels. Maintain all equipment and keep in clean and good working condition. Responsible for communicating maintenance concerns to supervisor. Dust, vacuum, empty trash and maintain dumpster area. Transport trash, boxes and other materials to dumpster for disposal. Cleaning and disinfecting restroom toilets, sinks, urinals, counter tops, floors, mirrors and walls. Cleaning of interior glass. Spot clean all carpeted areas. Clean outside seating areas including, tables ,chairs, and trash when applicable. And any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
