Part-time Janitorial Worker CBS Maintenance Sydney, FL 33587 Cleaning company seeking reliable candidate with experience to clean building part-time. The hourly pay offered is $19.60/hr. 5 days a week approximately .50 hours a day $220/month. Must have experience and be able to pass background screen. If interested Jessica can answer any questions at: 207-749-1201 Or email for all the forms and application jessica.y@cbsmaintenance.ca Responsibilities Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocol Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Gather and empty trash; replace liners Cleaning and stocking restrooms, break rooms, and other areas as instructed Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Polish windows and frames; other surfaces as assigned Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work Other duties as assigned Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently
