The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed. Monitor supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs to management. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries or requests. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards at all times. Support other staff members in various tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
