Our space blends high-end product presentation with a hospitality-driven experience. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented custodian to help maintain our facility to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Position Summary The Showroom Custodian / Facilities Support is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment across all interior and exterior areas of the facility. This includes daily custodial duties, minor maintenance, and support for events and special projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of presentation in a high-end customer environment.

Schedule Typical hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 or 7:30 AM to 4:00 or 4:30 PM Alternate schedule (as needed): Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Occasional early mornings, evenings, or Saturday work may be required for special events or seasonal needs Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties Clean and maintain all interior areas, including floors, displays, offices, and restrooms Ensure the showroom is cleaned and ready before opening each day Restock restroom and kitchen supplies and maintain break areas Clean interior and exterior windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and doors Perform trash removal and proper waste disposal Maintain outdoor areas: leaf blowing, sweeping, litter pickup, and pressure washing Ensure gas lights are lit and report any hazards or facility damage Maintain and organize custodial supply closets and equipment Support showroom cleanliness before, during, and after special events Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., touch-up painting, minor repairs) Event Support (As Needed) Assist with setup and breakdown for events (tables, chairs, decorations) Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and guest areas during events Perform post-event deep cleaning Optional / Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus) Assist with preparing showroom samples (cutting materials, building sample boards) Assist in warehouse organization and material handling Help with receiving, unloading, storing, and loading materials Delivery driving for local pickups or drop-offs Qualifications 1+ year custodial or facilities experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical work (standing, bending, reaching) Keen attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized space Basic handyman or painting experience is a plus Warehouse or delivery driving experience is a plus Clean driving record preferred (for delivery support) Legally authorized to work in the United States Work Environment Indoor/outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions Exposure to cleaning chemicals, equipment noise, and foot traffic Friendly, professional team in a high-end showroom setting Why Join Us?
