We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for clients and staff. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean environment. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Assist in special cleaning projects as directed by management. Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining schedules.
