We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team for a part time opportunity in Vero Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining client homes and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for residents. You will also get to intimately know our incredible clients, their families, and their pets. Our primary goal is to make sure our clients can do more and clean less.

• Clean residential and commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with clients while providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to clean multiple homes in a day
• Maintain equipment and all cleaning supplies
• Assist with client retention while driving revenue through customer conversions-recurring cleaning services
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including punctuality, attendance, and professionalism

Pay:

$13.00

• $22.00 per hour
• Monthly Bonus Program; must have perfect attendance, no customer complaints and the most compliments for the month

• Evening Shift Availability:

• Midnight M-F, Saturday $13

Part-Time What are the requirements for this position?

• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• All of our cleaners must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience
• Effective communication skills (verbal and writing)
• Great attitude and loves helping others
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents and teammates
• Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Prior experience working with elderly clients (is a plus)
