Janitors North America Green Enterprise LLC Vero Beach, FL 32960 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, including both routine and specialized cleaning tasks. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Maintain floors through regular care, including buffing and polishing as needed. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Carry out commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Provide porter services. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working condition. Experience Previous experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning environments is beneficial. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
