Pool & Spa Cleaner Position Available In Lake, Florida

Pool & Spa Cleaner 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Fruitland Park, FL 34731 Spherion Staffing of Lake, Marion and Sumter County has an opening for a Pool & Spa Cleaner located in Fruitland Park. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for the weekly cleaning of the pools and hot tubs on a route. These are direct-hire positions. The schedule is Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, occasional overtime may be needed. The pay rate is $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of pools/spas on a daily route.
• Manage and prioritize daily tasks to meet service standards and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of pool/spa maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize service efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Must have prior pool or spa cleaning experience. A water quality test will be given to all candidates considered for the position.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a daily route effectively.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.
