JOB DESCRIPTION

: Our company is a growing residential cleaning business looking for experienced and reliable cleaning contractors to join our team . As an independent contractor , you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients in the local area . Providing cleaning services to residential properties , including dusting, brooming , vaccuming , mopping , cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and every area of inside the home valid driver’s license and

RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

must have general liability insurance Cleaners are responsible for disinfecting cleaning organizing home, Wood surface and stainless steel polishing. Organization skills . must have own supplies , cleaning products , broom, vacuum cleaner, Mops , Cloths and rags ,wood polish , stainless steel polish , Glass cleaners, floor cleaners communicate effectively with clients and team members.

REQUIREMENTS

: 5 years minimum experience Must be able to pass background check must be able to work flexible hours including weekends ( you Make your own schedule according to the jobs available) must be authorized to work in the US If you are hardworking and experienced cleaner , we would love to hear from you . As an independent contractor you will be responsible for your own taxes and insurance. the company will provide you with a 1099 form for your tax purposes .
