Qualifications Must possess a valid state driver’s license and obtain a valid Florida driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Involves routine and semi-routine housekeeping tasks in and around municipal buildings and facilities, including minor structural, plumbing and equipment repairs.
This position works with minimal supervision and is required to exercise judgment and initiative in scheduling and planning the job duties.
This work is reviewed through reports and the appearance of buildings and facilities.
Performs other related duties as required.
