Pool Cleaner Technician Cool Shark Pools LLC Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools, ensuring they are safe and enjoyable for our clients. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently in various outdoor environments. Duties Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Test water chemistry and balance chemicals as needed to maintain safe swimming conditions. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems and report any issues. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on proper pool care. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and chemicals used. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working around pools and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites, and a clean driving record.
