The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and organizing spaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures is a plus.
