Duties:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality of facilities
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
• Perform buffing and polishing of floors as needed
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Candidates must be able to pass a Level 2 Background check.
