The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in various settings, including commercial and residential spaces. This role is essential for ensuring that facilities are well-kept and conducive to productivity and comfort. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained. Handle commercial cleaning responsibilities, ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, maintaining equipment and supplies for optimal performance. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to provide a pleasant experience for all occupants. Occasionally assist with residential painting projects as required. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or porter roles is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, particularly in commercial settings.
