As a key part of our crew, you will help maintain the beauty and value of homes and businesses in Tallahassee through professional cleaning services. This position involves operating equipment such as pressure washers, soft washing systems, and surface cleaners, while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and concrete surface cleaning. Safely and efficiently operate cleaning equipment and tools. Communicate professionally with clients and address their needs or concerns. Ensure all jobs meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Assist in maintaining equipment and vehicle cleanliness and organization. Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks on time. Follow company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience with pressure washing or exterior cleaning is a plus, but not required. We will provide training to the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and be comfortable working on ladders and roofs when necessary.
