Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Cleaner to join our team! This position is specifically focused on cleaning laminate flooring and operating a tile scrubber machine to maintain clean, safe, and polished surfaces in both residential and commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain laminate floors using appropriate techniques and cleaning products Operate tile scrubber machines to deep-clean tile and grout surfaces Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on cleaning equipment Follow safety guidelines for chemical use and equipment handling Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Report any floor damage or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements:

Previous experience with floor cleaning (especially laminate and tile) preferred Experience using floor scrubber machines (or willingness to be trained) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physical stamina – able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
