Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all restaurant equipment, floors and walls Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor cleaning supplies and request reorders as needed. Supervise and coordinate a small team of cleaning staff Create and follow daily/weekly cleaning checklists. Report maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a cleaning role (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred). Supervisory or team lead experience is a strong advantage. Good communication skills and a team-player attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Flexible schedule, must be able to work Monday – Saturday 5 am – 7 am
