Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Facility Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our community clubhouse on the weekend. This position plays a key role in ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Primary Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobby areas, fitness rooms and event spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust interior floors and surfaces Empty trash and recycling bins and restock restroom supplies Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas regularly Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas such as entrances, patios, and pool decks Set up or clean up after clubhouse events as needed Monitor supply inventory and notify supervisor when items need restocking Report any facility issues or safety hazards promptly
Qualifications:
Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting (up to 40 lbs), standing, and bending Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Holiday availability
