Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanic Shop Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the mechanic shop, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the shop. Dispose of waste materials appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Clean and maintain shop equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and tools. Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety standards and regulations. Provide assistance to mechanics and other staff members as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks.
