Responsibilities:

General interior/exterior cleaning of buildings and common areas Clean model and vacant apartments, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, stairways, community room, resident fitness area, etc. Dust and polish furniture and equipment Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers Wash windows, walls, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary Dust window blinds Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming of floor finishes Collect trash, transport and empty into designated receptacle Utilize a variety of cleaning tools and equipment such as mops, pails, vacuum cleaners and push carts Other related tasked asked by management

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk or sit alternately depending on specific needs of the day Ability to frequently stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, crouch and climb stairs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
