The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping outdoor and common areas spotless, enjoys working independently, and brings a proactive attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including walkways, courtyards, and pool deck Remove trash and debris from public spaces and dispose of waste properly Monitor and tidy up dumpster area, break down cardboard boxes as needed Sweep, mop, or blow entryways, sidewalks, and garage entrances Wipe down lobby and outdoor furniture (tables, benches, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized appearance of front entrance and resident pathways Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to site manager Perform light tasks as requested by management (e.g., assist with deliveries, reset furniture)

Ideal Candidate:

Has prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter work Is dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Communicates clearly and professionally with residents and management Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, residential setting with high expectations
