• Facilities Services Associate to join our Miami team! The Day Porter
• Facilities Services Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate hospitality, facilities and cleaning services on-site daily, including: supply management, janitorial and facilities vendor relations, light upkeep of the corporate office environment and common area spaces (cleaning, organizing, stocking), and basic office services and administrative work as assigned.

Cleaning, organizing, and stocking site common areas (ie. breakrooms

• stock, clean, maintain area, load/unload dishwasher, order supplies as necessary), coordinating vendor services Hospitality services as assigned to support client needs Consistently adhering to business procedure guidelines; taking direction from supervisor or site contact; participating in cross-training Maintain all logs and reports with attention to detail Adhering to all safety procedures

High school diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required Excellent verbal and written communication Prior cleaning and/or facilities services experience is a plus!
