Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gate Policer / General Cleaner to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the gate areas, seating zones, and other public spaces within the facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and committed to upholding cleanliness standards in high-traffic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness in gate areas, seating zones, and general public spaces. Clean and maintain buildings and concourse facilities as assigned. Follow proper procedures for using chemical cleaners and equipment to avoid damage to floors, surfaces, and fixtures. Notify the Manager regarding necessary repairs or issues with building systems. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and clients. Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory agencies. Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, equipment, and floors. Move furniture, boxes, and equipment to clean behind and underneath, manually or using hand trucks. Clean glass partitions, mirrors, and windows using appropriate tools and cleaning agents. Wash and replace blinds as needed. Gather and dispose of trash from assigned areas. Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, or removing snow when needed. Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in food service areas. Clean, service, and restock restrooms.

Shifts Available:

Morning Shift:

6:00am to 2:30pm

Afternoon Shift:

2:00pm to 10:30pm

Overnight Shift:

10:00pm to 6:30pm

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. Prior experience in janitorial or facility maintenance preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
