un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Janitor – Maintenance (Miami) Azure Lake Condominium Association, Inc 875 NE near 195 Street compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour – Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Janitor/Maintenance We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a 4-story residential building.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing common areas, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Light maintenance tasks as needed
- Reporting any repairs or safety concerns
- Keeping the building in a clean, orderly, and safe condition
Requirements:
- Experience in janitorial work preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through
Saturday Compensation:
- Starting at $15.00 per hour
- Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and experience
