Janitor/Maintenance Miami Star Truck Parts,LLC Hialeah, FL 33018 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies Handle waste management and recycling duties Conduct floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and buffing Assist with residential painting tasks as needed Execute commercial and industrial cleaning tasks Maintain the overall appearance of the facility Perform custodial duties to ensure a clean and organized environment Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or maintenance roles Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices Ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently Experience with floor care techniques including buffing Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness Capability to work independently and as part of a team
