• Job Description
• We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Worker to join our team. This role involves performing essential cleaning and maintenance tasks while ensuring a safe and organized environment.
• Responsibilities
• + Perform all required safety checks and adhere to safety rules and regulations.

+ Conduct inspections of work and worksites. + Process timecards and vacation requests. + Coordinate activities of assigned staff; determine staffing needs and plan work schedules. + Evaluate, prioritize, and assign work tasks. + Initiate work orders and prepare reports. + Assist with budget preparation, project necessary materials, and maintain inventory. + Manage, coordinate, and administer subcontracted tasks.

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in janitorial, custodial maintenance, and related duties. + Proficient in using cleaning supplies and hand tools. + Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Safety-minded with a focus on regulations and procedures. + Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. + Physical ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
