Role:
The O/N Porter Back position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility during overnight hours. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the premises, contributing to a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting with deliveries, and addressing any immediate needs that arise during the night shift. By effectively coordinating with other team members, the O/N Porter Back will help uphold our standards of service and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a custodial or maintenance role preferred. Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations. First aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and break rooms. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies as needed. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift. Perform routine inspections of the facility to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
