Operations & Detailing Technician Easy Life Club 296 NE 60th Street, Miami, FL 33137 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our cars and facility, as well as providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform various tasks related to vehicle care and facility upkeep. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning, buffing and detailing of vehicles. Maintain cleanliness of the facility through custodial duties, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable. Check and verify vehicles prior and post rental, and note any damages. Operate equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. Drive vehicles as necessary for service delivery or repositioning within the facility. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Previous experience in buffing or car wash services is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to lift and move equipment or materials as needed for daily operations.
