ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Cleans and polishes lighting fixture, marble surfaces, and trim. 2. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. 3. Sweeps mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space. 4. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. 5. Dusts furniture and equipment. 6. Polishes metalwork. 7. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. 8. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. 9. Empties trash and garbage containers. 10. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. 11. Replenishes bathroom supplies. 12. Replaces light bulbs. 13.
