The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards. Execute carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques. Conduct residential cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundering linens. Maintain custodial duties by restocking supplies and managing waste disposal efficiently. Follow safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred, but no required. Training will be provided. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing additional cleaning or sanitization. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
