Residential Home Cleaner Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Residential Home Cleaner Clean Machine Miami, FL Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt and debris
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas
• Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Follow established cleaning procedures and ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
• Ability to operate carpet cleaning machines and other cleaning equipment
• Basic cooking skills for occasional meal preparation
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
• Ability to launder linens and perform laundry duties as needed
