School Custodian Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

School Custodian Miami Learning Experience School Miami, FL 33143 We are seeking a Full Time Custodian/Handyman to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary cleaning and minor repairs(painting, bulb replacement etc.) to facilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Order and replace broken parts or equipment Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Clean assigned classrooms and restrooms

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload previous housekeeping/custodial work preferred
