Pay Rate:

1st shift and 2nd shift: $21.70 I 3rd

Shift:

+ $0.71 1st shift: Day shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm 2nd 

Shift:

Afternoon shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm
3rd shift: Overnight shift from 10:00pm to 6:30pm

Job Summary Details:

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
• Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs).
• Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Responsibilities Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners Miscellaneous duties as assigned A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
