Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable Utility Techs / Specialists to join our facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across the property. You will support cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular trash removal, general cleaning tasks, and basic maintenance support. This position is active and hands-on, ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is properly disposed of in designated areas throughout the concourse. Clean and maintain assigned concourse areas, including floors, walls, fixtures, glass surfaces, and furniture. Follow proper procedures for using chemical cleaners and floor equipment to avoid damage to concourse surfaces. Dust and wipe down seating areas, railings, signage, kiosks, and other public-use furnishings. Clean and restock restrooms located within the concourse. Maintain cleanliness of food court or dining areas: wipe tables, chairs, counters, and remove waste promptly. Spot-clean spills or debris to ensure concourse areas remain clean and safe at all times. Clean interior glass, including partitions, storefront windows, and display cases. Notify the Manager of any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs in the concourse. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety and quality standards. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with staff and the public when working in high-traffic areas.

Shifts Available:

Morning Shift:

6:00am to 2:30pm

Afternoon Shift:

2:00pm to 10:30pm

Overnight Shift:

10:00pm to 6:30pm

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. Prior experience in janitorial or facility maintenance preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
