Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional window cleaning (interior and exterior) for residential and commercial properties. Thoroughly clean window frames, tracks, sills, and screens to a streak-free finish. Conduct power washing for surfaces including siding, brick, concrete, and decks. Provide gutter cleaning services using industry-best tools and techniques. Use company-provided equipment and cleaning solutions safely and effectively. Maintain a high level of safety, professionalism, and attention to detail at every job site. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction. Report any property concerns, customer feedback, or safety issues to your supervisor promptly. Manage and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies in clean, working order. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and take on new responsibilities as the company grows.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and a high attention to detail. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in outdoor conditions. Valid Driver’s License (required). Ability to commute to assigned job sites (company truck provided for work use). Basic English required; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

Schedule:

Full-time:
