Custodian/Maintenance Valencia Condo Association 151 Calhoun Avenue, Destin, FL 32541 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Custodial/Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with the ability to perform various maintenance and custodial tasks. Flexible work schedule – ideal for a retired person OR second job. Duties Perform general maintenance and custodial duties Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition Communicate effectively in English with team members and management regarding project status and needs. Experience Proven hands-on experience in maintenance and custodial roles Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
