Janitorial Worker Ancient Oaks RV Resort Condominiums 6407 US Highway 441 SE, Okeechobee, FL 34974 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas by sanitizing fixtures and replenishing supplies. Carry out commercial cleaning duties in various settings including office, clubhouse, billiards room, all bathhouses, laundry rooms, and mail room. Collect trash from all facilities including the dog walks. Maintain ashtrays, window cleaning, and dog wash/car wash area. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly for efficient operation. Report any maintenance issues to your supervisor. This may include but limited to: faucet leaks, shower head leaks, toilet flushing or constant running, lighting etc. Experience Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices will be beneficial in this role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness . Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment .
