!!!!! we are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exterior House Wash Technician to join our team. We specialize in comprehensive exterior cleaning services, providing top-notch care to residential and commercial properties. Our services include window cleaning, house and roof washing, pressure washing driveways, cleaning pool decks, screen enclosures, fences, solar panels, gutters, and paver sealing.
Responsibilities:
Perform various exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, and roof washing. Safely operate cleaning equipment and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard. Navigate to different job sites within the designated area, managing time effectively to complete all scheduled appointments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all equipment is properly maintained. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related fields is preferred but not necessary. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Physical ability to handle prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
