Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Housekeeper/Property Assistant to care for a private home in Windermere and assist with the turnover and maintenance of three short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) properties in Cocoa Beach. This is a hybrid position that combines home care (cleaning, laundry, light cooking) with property turnover support. Guaranteed full-time hours with flexibility, a great work environment, and room for growth. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Windermere Home Duties (2-3 days/week): Perform routine cleaning and deep cleans as needed Laundry, linens, and closet organization Light meal preparation/cooking Errands and light home upkeep Cocoa Beach STR Properties (1-3 days/week): Clean and reset short-term rentals between guest stays Restock supplies and prepare homes to guest-ready condition Identify and report maintenance needs Occasional coordination with vendors or service providers

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Prior housekeeping and/or short-term rental experience preferred Ability to cook basic meals and manage household tasks Must be dependable, organized, and proactive Willingness to travel to Cocoa Beach (1-3 times per week based on turn overs) Willingness to go to office in Orlando once a week Willingness to go to Windermere (2 times a week M-F)

Day shifts Some weekend availability (based on guest check-outs) Flexible days, never more than 5 days per week

Work Locations:

Windermere, FL Cocoa Beach, FL (on-site 1-3 times a week based on turnover days) Orlando, FL Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to uphold cleanliness standards. Launder linens and other cleaning materials as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to maintain appearance and hygiene. Manage housekeeping duties efficiently, organizing tasks to maximize productivity while maintaining quality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Sanitate high-touch surfaces regularly to promote health and safety within the environment. Skills Experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
