In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. You will utilize specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to ensure that carpets are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and restored to their best condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate techniques and equipment. Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention. Utilize various cleaning methods including steam cleaning, shampooing, and dry cleaning as needed. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure proper handling of cleaning solutions. Provide floor care services including buffing and maintenance of hard surface floors as required. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for carpet care. Adhere to safety protocols while performing duties in compliance with environmental services standards. Document work performed and report any issues or additional services needed to management. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or carpet cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
