Cleaner Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients’ spaces are not only clean but also welcoming.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Conduct custodial duties in various settings such as hotels, offices, or residential homes. Execute carpet cleaning procedures to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Follow established protocols for cleaning and sanitizing to promote health and safety standards.
Experience:
Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with custodial practices and equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in hotel cleaning or similar environments is advantageous.
