The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
