The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are safe, sanitary, and welcoming. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring high standards of hygiene. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces. Carry out custodial duties including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the functionality of the environment. Execute industrial cleaning procedures for specialized equipment or areas as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of cleaning assignments. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
