Custodian Worker 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Orlando, FL 32819 Job Summary We are seeking Maintenance Workers to support daily operations by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. This position involves performing janitorial and maintenance tasks in various facility areas, including restrooms, concourses, meeting rooms, and other interior spaces. Key Responsibilities Monitor and clean restrooms and concourses to ensure cleanliness and sanitation. Perform trash pickup, debris removal, and sweeping of concourse areas. Clean and sanitize surfaces in concourse areas, meeting rooms, and other interior spaces. Empty trash containers and properly dispose of waste materials. Clean glass doors and windows to maintain a presentable facility appearance. Perform detailed restroom cleaning, including lower panels and doors, toilets, walls, floors, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Refill and replenish restroom paper products, hand soap, and other supplies as needed. Assist in lifting or moving equipment weighing 50 pounds or more when requested. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Assist with additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Comfortable lifting or moving equipment weighing 50 pounds or more as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
