• Event Set up We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team in our Event Set up Section.

You will be providing labor services to supplement existing work forces during convention and trade show events.

Job Description:

May include but are not limited to setup and disassembly of furniture and equipment in meeting room and exhibit halls per lay out diagrams as provided. Movement of equipment throughout the event as needed workers may be requested to assist in lifting or moving equipment weighing 50 pounds or more. Tasks may include stacking, unstacking, and setup of chairs and tables, stage, podium and stanchion equipment, repositioning movable walls, trash removal and minor cleaning, transporting furniture and equipment using manual dollies and carts. Proper placement of tables, correct number of chairs per table, and additional table service as required, to include tablecloths and table skits, etc.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift and move furniture and equipment. Reliability and punctuality. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. 1st shift

• 6:am
• 2:30pm 2nd shift 2:00pm
• 10:30pm 3rd shift 8:00pm
• 4:30am Must be able to pass a criminal Background check and Drug screening
